Blocked Drain Pros in Soshanguve

My tenants have complained that they have a leak. Unfortunately I am not in town so I cannot inspect and assess If tiles need replacing after the plumbing is repaired I have a tiler ready to do the job What I have been told by the tenants is a that there is water damage near the bathtub. I need to get an idea of what the problem is so I know what we need to do to fix the situation.

The water from the sewerage comes out from the shower water drain into the house!

The kitchen and shower are next to each other now the kitchen units are demp and smells

Shower gurgles when toilets are flushed or when bath tub / washing machines empties.Toilet water level raises when flushing

There is a leak on both the toilets and would like to change the pipes as well

One plumber connected a new geyser but water can not get hot and he disappeared.

Toilet is blocked, water rises up and goes down extremely slowly, there is a leakage as well

the outside tape is spilling water at high pressure. looks like the pipe or valve is broken

Geyser already mounted. Need a person to install the pipes as the old geyser burst
