Obed is a great and skilled builder who is knowledgeable about his job. He is efficient and meticulous. We agreed on a timeline and he respected it and finished well. He gave me a list of material, I gave him money and he did the buying and I'm glad to say he was trustworthy enough to bring all slips and the change. When the building was over there was no remaining material which means he had made his calculations right. The way he conducts himself and communicates with clients is very professional. He did not leave any trace of rubble or dirt, they cleaned every floor when it's done and presented neat work. I compared his prices to 3 companies and he was competitive and negotiable. I first knew about him from my neighbour who referred him to me. His communication skills are good, he was helpful and recommended some changes that helped me save. I recommend him.
