The jobs took many days longer that initially thought. I took time off work to accommodate this. Tinus used an inferior roof corrugated sheeting than he quoted me for. He quoted for a 0.47mm and used a 0.27mm. He told tell me that it was the strongest corrugation sheeting available. Later I found that to be totally untrue. While digging the foundation Tinus repeatedly hit the main electric cable. I had warned him where the cable was and to be cautious. Then he tried to do a quick fix. That was a disaster. He left our house without power for days. He does not want to take responsibility. He has left me to fit the bill to fix the cable. So I have paid the electrician R4736.00 This is very disappointing.
